Anatomical Heart Pin. Needle felted pin. 01.03.10

In an effort to focus this week on the body, I began by rifting on my needle felted heart pin with an anatomically correct needle felted heart pin. It was challenging to say the least. I had my husband's medical textbooks out, trying to get the correct veins in the correct place. Whew.

Well you made a heart, instead of a brain... is that a kind of slip of the tongue/fingers? (don't mind me and my weird sense of humor!) Love it!

How does one make felt? I've been thinking about it for a while now...

But I have a woodwork project on today...

I love the art everyday challenge and to do it with two such lovely people is the best part of it!

That is amazing! Who knew that a felted heart could look like real flesh and blood! Thanks for sharing!
