I haven't posted because I haven't been painting and it had been weighing on my soul. Arguing with my inner muses and self-doubt. I owed people paintings from a giveaway that I held in, gulp, February. I just couldn't meditate in that creative space, and so I let them go until I could. Finally, I just had to put a brush in my hand so my ass and head would follow. I started on Tuesday evening when my husband came home from work, and began painting and it flowed, and I wanted to paint more. I painted until 1a, then woke up and began painting again until I had to leave the house, then came home and finished the paintings I had sitting there. In total, from Tuesday until this morning, I painted eight illustrations. Some were watercolors I had to do over again until they were what I wanted, but here is a sampling:

I love those pictures, especially the middle one.
Following from your 'circles' post, these are just right. I love them all, but the top one is so fun. I hope the creativity keeps flowing, and you are able to have time to do all that you want.
beautiful x
Isn't it interesting once the brush is in hand how the art flows out? I'm glad you are painting again.
